Full bar, sleeper beds, vast amount of lounge chairs and charger ports, personally made meals from an order menu and a buffet style if you prefer. This place is quiet, and not very crowded. If you ever get the chance to fly business I highly recommend coming. Not only is it included in that price (for all star alliance business class flights) it helps justify the cost if it's your first time. Staff are friendly and open to helping you any way they can.

Amazing lounge for first or business class passengers. The service was friendly and attentive. Interior is well-designed and spacious. Very quiet so you can work or just relax. Food is good especially the sit down restaurant.

nice lounge, i enjoy these more than the aa counterpart. nice buffet options and i enjoy the serviced dining portion as well. here's me eating some, then eating some more... dining was up to an hour wait stated iirc, but i was alerted in 15-20 minutes.

I was here between 7pm-9pm on a thurs night, and it was not busy. -I did eat at the sit down dinning room, and ordered the chicago chicken dish. I found the portions to be small. -There was beds to sleep on, in a seperate area -buffet had good selection of food and drinks

Disappointing is the best way to describe this experience. It was SO over crowded you could not find a seat. The restaurant was over a 1 hour wait to eat. The buffet food looked like it had been sitting there for a while. And the bathrooms were unisex and SO dirty. My suggestion is do not use any of first few…. Keep walking it gets cleaner. I didn’t try the showers or nap rooms. But was just so disappointed considering how expensive a Polaris ticket is.

Not sure which of the Polaris lounges I’m rating because I was in the Washington D.C. and Chicago locations. The Chicago one was amazing. This was the first United Club/Polaris lounge that the host/hostess took minute to explain the layout of the lounge. The food was great…I honestly think the dining room is a waste because the menu is very limited and the buffet food is great. That said, my kiddo wanted an omelette for lunch and the kitchen (from the dining room) went out of their way to make one. Much appreciated. The space was constantly cleaned and all the staff was friendly. Washington D.C. was similar to Chicago but I definitely had a better experience in Chicago.

It really is as good as you think it is! I had never been before and came December of 2023 for an evening departure flight. The lounge was busy but I still managed to find a seat and didn't have to wait more than a few seconds at the bar. If you have never considered Polaris before, I would highly recommend it!

The lounge is really nice, with lots of seating space, great views of the concourse and solid overall service. The main buffet options were also surprisingly good. The main thing I found disappointing was their restaurant meal service. The entree was lackluster and the dessert was barely there. Overall an great lounge still, but didn't quite hit 5 stars.
